MXB coarse powder mill is used for pre-processing of various crushable non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials with Mohs under 9. It is widely applied in quartz sand, silica sand, foundry sand, fine sand and other sand abrasive industry. It is also applied in industries of mining , construction , metallurgic, road building and water conversancy etc.

1. High efficiency of spare parts. As materials fall from top to bottom, roller and ring are equally worn. Thus the life span could be 3 times higher than that of raymond mill.
2. High efficiency of processing fine sand. 80% of the finished sand could be finer than 1-2mm.
3. This machine could be used as the pre-grinding equipment before ball mill so as to increase ball mill efficiency by 50%.

Step with main shaft, bulk disk and roller bracket is driven by motor through reducer. Installed above bracket, roller assembly rates with main shaft and swings freely meantime. This bring a large centrifugal force, which scatters bulk materials evenly in grinding intermediate layer between central roller and ring. The bulk materials are grinded into powder and fall on the bottom, and then discharged from discharging opening under the effect of synchronously rotating scraper

1. Before the ball mills start,check whether erery part of ball mills normal, whether the connecting bolts loose,whether the lubrication of lubrication points normal,whether the driving device reliable,whether protective equipment intact,whether connection of motor carbon fine.

2. Check whether there is barrier surrounding the ball mills. Forbit persons standing near ball mills when it is starting.

3. Press start button to start the motor and notice the change of electric current.The ball mills' continuous starting don't surpass two times and the first starting and the second starting should separate for more than 5 minutes.If it must be thirdly started, it should be check by electrician and fitter before it is started.

4. The ball mill don't start with other equipment at the same time avoiding the high current.

5. Feed water ,feed ore and add steel ball to the ball mill must follow the operate routine.Overload and preoperation are both bad for the ball mill.

6. When the ball mill is running , it should be checked whether the barrel body leak,where the feeding water or ore is normal,where the electric current and voltage is normal.If there is some proble,it should be handled quickly.

7. When the ball mill is running ,it should be checked whether the bearing or the oil ring is lubricated and whether the temperature of bearing is normal.
