Sand making production line working process
First, a primary stone crusher is used for the initial break, and then, into the coarse material produced by the belt conveyor to the fine crusher (jaw crusher crushing) for further crushing, stone crushing into vibration after sieve out the two kinds of stones, sand making machine to meet the feed size of the stones into the sand making sand, and the other part of the material to return again into the small break.
The materials with suitable size will be transferred to vsi crusher, after being washed by sand washers, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, and then will be transferred to the vsi crusher, these forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. Sizes of final products will be according to our customers’ requirements.
